Role Description The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that power Pulse Point’s Agentic Orchestration platform. In this full-time remote role, the developer will work across the stack, implementing responsive user interfaces, robust APIs, and secure, high-performance backend services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements, architecting and implementing new features, reviewing code, writing automated tests, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves optimizing application performance, contributing to technical documentation, and mentoring other engineers to uphold high engineering standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UI.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and secure, scalable service architectures.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in fintech or insurtech is a plus.
