We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
- Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and construction spray techniques.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely for surface preparation, coating application, and fixture installation.
- Perform structural painting tasks such as stucco, masonry, drywall finishing, and restoration work on existing structures.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations by wearing respiratory protection and following safety protocol guidelines during all phases of work.
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on remodeling or renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of painting with structural work.
Skills
- Experience with residential painting as well as commercial and industrial coating applications.
- Skilled in the use of ladders, scaffolding, scaffolding safety procedures, and working at heights safely.
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques specific to construction sites including concrete finishing and masonry work.
- Ability to operate various tools such as brushes, rollers, paint sprayers (airless), power sanders, caulking guns, and other hand tools efficiently.
- Understanding of safety regulations related to construction painting environments including respiratory protection protocols.
- Competence in interpreting technical drawings like schematics and schematics for fixture installation or remodeling plans.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coatings coverage and material quantities.
- Experience with renovation projects involving plastering, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, or restoration work is highly desirable.
