Schedule: Full-time and part-time
What You’ll Do
Support the General Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments to maintain strong performance
Oversee guest service to ensure issues are handled quickly, professionally, and with care
Monitor and improve hotel standards, including cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness
Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and workload planning to meet business demands
Help manage budgets and operational goals, tracking key metrics where needed
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to keep the hotel running seamlessly
Represent the hotel during guest interactions, escalations, and key operational moments
What We’re Looking For
Prior leadership or management experience in hospitality or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy and professionalism
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and making sound decisions under pressure
