Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Care
Part-time, Full-time, Per Diem
Up to $20 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/ Personal Care Aid (PCA), you will assist clients with daily living activities, providing both medical and non-medical support. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Performing light housekeeping and grocery shopping
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Monitoring vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature)
- Administering medications and assisting with basic health needs
- Scheduling medical appointments and providing transportation
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities
- Keeping accurate records of patient care and health status
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HHA Certification
- CPR/FA (First Aid) Certification
- 1 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors
- Valid NY state driver’s license
