We’re looking for a customer-focused, analytically driven Customer Success Analyst to help enterprise customers maximize value from our supply chain SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to drive adoption, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.


This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of customer success, analytics, operations, and product. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams while serving as a trusted advisor to customers in a fast-paced startup environment.


What You’ll Do


  • Support onboarding, implementation, and adoption activities for new customers
  • Partner with customers to improve operational efficiency and achieve measurable business outcomes using Pull Logic platform
  • Monitor customer health, product adoption, engagement trends, and overall account performance
  • Analyze customer usage data to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion potential
  • Build dashboards, reports, and customer-facing presentations to communicate insights and performance metrics
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), account planning, and ongoing customer engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, helping solve operational challenges and drive long-term success
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate issues, communicate customer feedback, and improve the overall customer experience
  • Translate customer feedback and operational insights into actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and documentation as the company grows
  • Track and report on key customer metrics including retention, renewals, adoption, NPS, and customer satisfaction


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Supply Chain Operations, Business Analysis, SaaS, Consulting, or related customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations such as inventory management, logistics, procurement, forecasting, or warehouse operations
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, or post-sales deployment projects within a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both operational users and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Office suite of products, along with experience using BI, reporting, or data visualization tools
  • Customer-first mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
