Job Overview/Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead staff in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and feedback to clinicians regarding productivity, quality, documentation, and clinical practices
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
- Manage complex inquiries, reconcile procedural issues, and educate providers and clients
- Conduct weekly telephone monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Oversee operational metrics including call monitoring, queue management, productivity, and documentation
- Monitor day-to-day department activities including provider requests, service requests, and staff scheduling
- Deliver training sessions for staff on new services, programs, and accounts
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned
- Clinical leadership and staff supervision
- Productivity and quality management
- Performance coaching and training delivery
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Call center operations experience
- Experience implementing new clinical services and programs
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Master’s degree (MA, MSW) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing (RN) required
- Independent clinical license required
- Previous supervisory experience including interviewing, training, goal setting, and performance improvement
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve staff and client issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to multi-task and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Call center experience preferred
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm
