Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and direct the overall operations of the community.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures.
- Oversee resident care to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.
- Manage community budgets and achieve business objectives.
- Supervise and support department heads and staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Promote positive resident and family relations.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (active and in good standing in applicable state).
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with electronic medical records and long-term care software systems.
- Conflict resolution and team-building expertise.
- Multilingual communication abilities (especially English proficiency).
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a long-term care setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and people management capabilities.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
