- Answer inbound calls and direct them as needed
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients
- Assist team members in various projects
- Maintain stock in the clinic lobby
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Customer-first attitude
- Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with scheduling or medical records software
