Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive palliative care services, including symptom management and pain control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Support patients and families through complex medical and emotional needs
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Palliative care clinical expertise
- Symptom and pain management
- Patient and family counseling
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience working in hospital, hospice, or outpatient settings
- Strong communication and empathy-driven care approach
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Care, required
- Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or possession of an active Texas medical license in good standing
- Candidates with prior experience as well as new residents or fellows are welcome to apply

Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
