What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at Pulcinella's?
Pulcinella’s, a casual fine dining authentic Italian restaurant, located at 1710 Shelburne Road in South Burlington, is looking to fulfill a very part-time bussing position; shift begins at 6 PM till 10 PM the latest. Saturdays required and one other shift-Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. This is a year round position; Weekdays, weekends, and holidays required. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. No experience in the restaurant industry necessary, willing to train. Clearing and resetting tables, polishing glassware and silverware are the main tasks, but you’ll also be expected to support our servers by helping with whatever is necessary to keep a smooth operation, i.e. bread service, dessert and coffee service .
