What We’re Looking For
- Previous MDS Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferred
- Strong understanding of the MDS process
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license
