Join Our Dietary Team!
We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented Dietary Team Member to join our long-term care team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food and is willing to learn and grow in the dietary department.
Position: Part-Time – Approximately 20 hours per week
Additional Hours: Opportunities to occasionally pick up additional hours to cover vacations, call-offs and other staffing needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with meal preparation and food service for our residents
- Learn and perform duties as a Dietary Aide, Prep Cook, and Cook – both shifts
- Follow menus, recipes, sanitation procedures, and special diet requirements
- Assist with serving meals and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
- Work as part of a supportive dietary team focused on quality meals and resident satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous dietary or cooking experience is helpful but not required
- Must be able to follow directions and food safety procedures
- Compassionate and respectful approach to working with long-term care residents
