- Kentucky LBA.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations.
JOB GOAL: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA plays a pivotal role in developing and
implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing
training to staff and caregivers.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify behavioral needs and goals.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on
- assessments and clinical data.
- Assist with the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments
- Implement and supervise the implementation of BIPs in various settings,
- including schools, and possibly a virtual mode for home settings
- Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and
- make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and supervision to staff, behavior technicians, and other team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, parents, guardians, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times
