What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Warehouse Attendant (summer work) position at Pulaski County Special School District?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma\GED
- Valid Arkansas Drivers License
- No moving violations within past five years
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Coordinator
JOB GOAL: To help increase the efficiency with which necessary materials are made available to the schools and departments.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the delivery of supplies to assigned schools.
- Upon completion of deliveries to assigned schools, driver will report back to the warehouse and start preparing orders for the next days deliveries.
- Will keep the Buyer informed with any problem or complaint he may become aware of in the course of making deliveries to assigned using unit or customer.
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle to include oil change, lubrication and other minor repairs with the tools provided. Report major vehicle problems to the Buyer for his dispensation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary Range: $13.94 Per hour
Length of Contract: As Needed
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Personnel Status: Classified
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated according to provisions of the Board's policy of Evaluation of Support Staff Personnel.
