We’re looking for a highly organized and bilingual TikTok LIVE Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our brand partners and internal teams by helping plan, schedule, and operate successful LIVE shopping sessions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the weekly LIVE shopping calendar across multiple brands
- Coordinate with LIVE managers to prepare run-downs, product lists, and session goals
- Support project managers with LIVE-related initiatives and cross-team workflows
- Help develop training materials and eventually assist in training moderators and hosts
- Maintain smooth communication between teams, ensuring all LIVE sessions are prepared and executed on time
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across several brands and projects
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, creator-driven environments
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Experience working in TikTok, e-commerce, or livestreaming is a plus
