Part-time barista, 12 hrs/week - $13 to $15 an hour tips
Puente Coffee Co. is now open inside South Austin Beer Garden on Manchaca. We're looking for a part-time barista to run our Monday/Tuesday shifts and step in to cover our main barista when needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We've got the bar dialed in and a rhythm established - now we need someone reliable to own the Monday/Tuesday shifts (~12 hours/week) and occasionally fill in when our main barista needs coverage. You'll be running the bar solo on your days, so you need to know the standard and hold it without anyone looking over your shoulder.
WHAT WE NEED:
Real experience in specialty/3rd wave coffee (extraction, dialing in espresso, etc.)

A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do

Able to pivot mid-shift and stay composed under pressure
