What are the responsibilities and job description for the Players Club Representative position at Pueblo of Pojoaque Corporations?
JOB PURPOSE: Develops guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs. This is an entry level position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as initial contact and key data entry clerk for Players Club database information
- Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact and service
- Develop guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs
- Provide services to response to guest requirements
- Conduct informal surveys and queries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of casino layout and Gold Dust Club rules and regulations
- Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities; Must be people oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Skill in using computer and program (SMART System Club Menu)
- Basic math skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some experience in providing customer service
- Basic computer experience preferred
- Good communication skills required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office/casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Standing/Walking-100% for up to 4 hours at a time
- Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise
- Some light lifting and carrying required
