Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pool Technician located in Plano, TX. The Pool Technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining pools, including tasks such as chemical testing, chemical balancing, and overall pool cleanliness. The technician will also perform routine inspections and minor repairs on pool equipment and systems, answer client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The Pool Technician will be accountable for ensuring pools are safe and compliant with health standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of chemical testing, chemical balancing, and pool sanitation
- Experience with pool equipment maintenance and minor repairs
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical education in pool maintenance being a plus
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred
