Pool Technician / Pool Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $36,400 – $60,000 per year
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with pool maintenance experience as well as individuals new to the industry who have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn. Equipment repair experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, manages time effectively, and is comfortable interacting with customers. This role involves servicing residential and commercial pools while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and water chemistry balancing
- Inspect pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators for proper operation
- Identify potential issues and report findings to management
- Perform basic repairs or assist with equipment repairs as trained
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during on-site visits
Qualifications
- Experience in pool maintenance or service is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn pool systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Mechanical or equipment repair experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to use basic hand tools (training provided if needed)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
