Consumer Loan Stock Concierge
The Consumer Loan Stock Concierge role is responsible for the overall processing and servicing of all Stock related transactions and activities. Responsible for maintaining production along with loan quality and adherence to set Credit Union procedures. Accountable for ensuring the highest level of service to our members in each transaction while leveraging the reputational relationship between the Credit Union and PSM. This person will be a key part of a critical, high performing team within the Consumer Lending department. This is a very goal-oriented role that plays a key part in the member journey within the Lending process.
What you will do…
- Ensures PSM Stock transactions are completed with the highest level of accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
- Communicates directly with Publix Stockholder services and members of the Credit Union to ensure proper documentation preparation and collection.
- Responsible for overall quality within the consumer loan stock process, including Stock loans and Stock transactions.
- Collaborates closely with PSM Stockholder services to cultivate and strengthen the operational relationship between PSM and the Credit Union.
- Monitors the collection and review of PSM Stock loan related documentation during the application process.
- Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Discover problems, needs, and opportunities by listening for clues in conversations, asking questions, and researching the member’s account.
What you need....
- 1-2 years' experience processing stock-related transactions, including but not limited to collateralized loans, sales, and transfers.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
