Overview

We are looking for a Software Compliance Officer who can ensure our systems and processes follow company policies and basic legal requirements. The role requires basic IT knowledge, a general understanding of AI, and very strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under pressure and coordinating with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure software and systems follow company policies and compliance standards
• Work with IT and other teams to maintain proper documentation and processes
• Monitor and report any compliance issues or risks
• Assist in basic audits and reviews of software systems
• Support the team in handling compliance-related tasks for AI-based tools
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to technical and non-technical staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
• General understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
  
  

Preferred (Optional)

• Any experience in compliance, IT support, or related roles
• Familiarity with basic data privacy or security concepts
  
  

Additional Information

Salary Range - $70 - 75K/yr
