Overview
The Product Success Manager for the Technology Team is an individual contributor role responsible for driving the adoption, value realization, and overall success of our technology solutions across a portfolio of global and local accounts. This role partners closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams such as the Growth and Solutions team to ensure our products deliver measurable business outcomes, foster long-term client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven professional who can influence at the executive level and act as the primary advocate for product success. They are equally comfortable discussing technical details with clients and collaborating with engineering teams.

Compensation Range: $125,888 - $163,632 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for product success across all technology solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Growth/Solutions team to identify capabilities and workflows that will support the client need.
- Assist in client pitches where needed to provide a client facing technological ‘deep dive’ knowledge of the product.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product adoption and success, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead onboarding and change management for large-scale technology rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and health scores; proactively address risks and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to influence the roadmap and ensure seamless delivery of technology-driven solutions.
- Conduct executive-level business reviews, presenting KPIs, ROI, and innovation roadmaps to senior client and internal leadership.
- Act as the voice of the client internally to inform product development and strategic planning.
- Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by aligning client needs with technology offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- 8 years’ experience in product success, enterprise account management, or technology program leadership (preferably in creative production, marketing tech, or SaaS environments).
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and driving product adoption at scale.
- Strong understanding of digital/creative production workflows and supporting technologies.
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with C-suite clients.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience creating and reporting on success metrics.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level project management and CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
