HR Transformation Lead
Location: 375 Hudson, NYC

Role Summary
The HR Transformation Lead is a key member of the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that
AI products, emerging technologies, and new tools are adopted in a way that meaningfully improves the
employee experience and prepares the workforce for the future of work. This role partners closely with
business leaders and HR leadership to manage the people impact of transformation, redesign roles and
capabilities, modernize HR processes, and embed new ways of working responsibly across the
organization.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with the Transformation Office to support AI product implementations and emerging technology rollouts, with a clear focus on workforce and employee experience implications
Assess and articulate how new technologies and tools impact roles, career paths, capability expectations, and the overall employee experience across functions
Redesign roles, job descriptions, performance criteria, and career paths to reflect how work is evolving with AI and automation
Partner with business leaders and the Head of HR to ensure workforce changes are effectively implemented within their teams
Evaluate workforce implications of transformation initiatives, including skills gaps, hiring needs, reskilling priorities, and capacity shifts. Embed new expectations into core talent processes such as onboarding, development planning, performance management, and career progression
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with AI‑enabled ways of working
Support and accelerate responsible AI adoption across HR and the broader organization, ensuring clarity on how tools impact roles and career growth
Ensure workforce changes are introduced thoughtfully, maintaining trust, engagement, and retention during periods of significant change
Act as a change champion, helping leaders and employees navigate ambiguity and adopt new behaviors with confidence
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
At least 15 years of Experience leading or supporting workforce and HR transformation initiatives, ideally involving AI, technology, or operating model change. Strong understanding of how technology and AI impact roles, skills, career paths, and employee experience
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across functions
Experience redesigning HR processes, job architecture, or talent frameworks
Highly curious and passionate about technology, with a strong desire to continuously learn and experiment
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating complex change into practical, people‑centered solutions
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and changing leadership skills

Compensation Range: $180,215.00- $299,637.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
