Overview The Publicis Groupe Business Development team is charged with bringing together the Groupe’s marketing and digital business transformation offerings across creativity, media, data and technology, to drive business growth. The below role partners with key stakeholders to drive success in new business conversion. The role requires an outstanding track record in project management, managing multiple stakeholders and strategic storytelling. You will need proven collaborative skills with the ability to connect with multiple teams across brands, geographies and practices. You will need thrive in a fast paced and agile environment. Responsibilities PRODUCE WINNING WORK Support the development of pitch content to ensure materials are clear, compelling, and client‑ready, including case studies, slide simplification, and customization Execute content updates and refinements with strong attention to detail to ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and submission‑ready Support pitch coordination by helping track timelines, checkpoints, and deliverables, keeping materials organized and on track Contribute client and market intelligence throughout the pitch process by researching background, tracking key relationships, and sharing relevant updates using tools such as COMvergence and LinkedIn CLOSE COLLABORATION Support accountability across contributors by tracking actions, deadlines, and dependencies, escalating risks or gaps as needed Coordinate pitch working sessions, including scheduling, agenda circulation, note‑taking, feedback recaps, and action tracking Provide on‑site and virtual support during rehearsals and client meetings, partnering closely with Operations to ensure smooth logistics and execution Support the broader Business Development team by helping manage communication, timing, and deliverables across BD, Operations, and Design partners Ensure accurate and timely entry of pitch details into Publicis Groupe reporting systems Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in media, creative, integrated marketing, or similar environments; background in business development or adjacent roles Developing leader who is curious, proactive, and eager to grow responsibility over time Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Passion for organizing process and people, balanced with a flexible, can‑do attitude Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with shifting priorities Hands‑on contributor willing to roll up sleeves across content development, coordination, and in‑office execution Winning strategic writing, editing and communication skills, must be proficient in writing in prose and visual storytelling in PowerPoint Agile ability to gather intelligence and clearly communicate relevant updates throughout the pitch process Flawless project management and organizational skills Collaborative mindset to connect with teams across agencies, geographies and practices Ability to work in a “flat” team structure, ask for help when needed and offer help when bandwidth is available Ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools to support research, content development, and operational efficiency, applying human judgment to ensure quality and accuracy Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
