Overview
The Publicis Internship Program is a 10-week, 40 hour per week program, in office hybrid (3 days/week) in downtown Philadelphia, PA or New York City, NY.
The Global Client Growth Practice (GCGP) is the team that sits at the core of the largest, most exciting and highest growth potential clients in the Publicis Groupe. Its specific purpose is to generate profitable growth for the Groupe, working in collaboration with some of the world’s leading brands and companies to help them transform to accelerate their growth. We deliver this through driving and delivering the Power of One, uniquely bringing together our capabilities in the service of their business, brands and people.
Responsibilities
The GCGP Intern is responsible for supporting the Industry Growth Director to unlock and drive profitable growth. The primary focus is to support with scaling and organizing growth thought leadership, cases studies and trends, enabling more interdependent ways of working to accelerate effectiveness and efficiency across the GCGP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Helps facilitate collaboration across Groupe resources and functions to scale thought leadership, Industry narratives and solutions across Key Groupe Clients via Industry insight and product suite knowledge – bringing best of Groupe to solve for common vertical challenges and proactive growth driving (trends, opportunities).
- Content management support:
- Categorizing, organizing & archiving content files with our central repository
- Redacting content so it can be shared with other teams
- implementing a new filing system as we prepare to migrate to SharePoint
- Support active and ongoing analysis of all client intelligence at the disposal of the GCGP in partnership with the Client Intelligence team to inform continuous business intelligence updates and recommendations to client leads:
- Trend tracking support for our monthly newsletter (Publicis Growth Perspectives) on topics such as Social Commerce, CRM Innovation, Fan-based marketing (FIFA/OLY), Gen AI
- Ongoing Knowledge Management support within the practice to ensure insights, recommendations, successes and outcomes are documented and incorporated across GCGP Knowledge Management platforms and processes.
- Ad hoc desk research support to find content and industry trends, to deliver on live pitches and growth opportunity briefs
- Ensuring intelligence is current and actionable for GCGP stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program that aligns with the position such as Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or Communications
- The intern is expected to work onsite in our Philadelphia or New York Offices for the duration of the program
- Experience in creative design, experience with Adobe a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT)
- Knowledge of file sharing and storage tools such as SharePoint and Box a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent meeting coordination and logistics skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work proactively
- Fast learner with problem solving skills and willingness to find solutions
- Great teammate with strong communication skills
- Experience handling extremely confidential information appropriately
- Detail-orientated when it matters and through delivery

Compensation Range: $20.00 USD an hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
