Overview
Day to day, you will be an integral part of an Account Team focused on US Hispanic initiatives, supporting one of the country’s largest telecom brands. In this role, you will assist senior account team members by serving as a key point of contact between the agency, clients, and media partners. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns from concept to broadcast while delivering on key client objectives.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth opportunity where you’ll work directly with members of our leadership team. To be successful in this role, proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, including the ability to read, write, and proofread Spanish-language content.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of campaigns across multiple below-the-line channels, including digital, radio, and print.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and production) to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Support senior account team members throughout the campaign development process, ensuring smooth workflow through final execution.
- Manage trafficking of creative assets to media teams, maintaining quality control and ensuring adherence to required specifications.
- Lead the development of weekly competitive reports for executive-level clients and agency stakeholders.
- Take clear and timely notes during client and internal meetings to align teams on next steps and responsibilities.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding campaign progress, timelines, budgets, and potential challenges.
- Develop an understanding of the client’s business, including key challenges, competitive landscape, industry trends, and their impact on our work.
- Stay up to date on media channels and advertising trends, identifying best-in-class strategies and creative solutions for the team and clients.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced advertising agency in an account management or equivalent role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and proofreading required)

Compensation Range: $64,400- $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
