Fundraiser - $20/hr Guaranteed - Flexible for Actors & Creatives - Los Angeles
We’re hiring fundraisers in LA to represent major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.
This role is especially popular with actors, comedians, musicians, dancers, writers, and other creatives, as it offers stable hourly income while leaving room for auditions, rehearsals, and creative work.
Many successful team members come from performing arts programs such as USC School of Dramatic Arts, UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, CalArts, AMDA College of the Performing Arts, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
No experience is required - we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and building connections.

What the Job Involves
Our teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles.
Fundraisers speak with people about important nonprofit campaigns and invite them to become monthly supporters.

This is a face-to-face outreach role that involves speaking with members of the public throughout the day.
Pay & Benefits
$20/hour guaranteed starting pay (not commission)

Schedule
We offer shifts Monday to Sunday, and ask that team members commit to at least three full 7-hour shifts per week.
Available shifts
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (earlier start possible on weekends)
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Many team members appreciate that this role can work well alongside auditions, rehearsals, creative projects, and freelance work.
What We're Looking For
Successful fundraisers on our team tend to be:
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong communicators who enjoy social interaction
Passionate about humanitarian, environmental, or social justice causes
Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and on their feet
Experience in performing arts, fundraising, sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, advocacy, volunteering, activism, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
