Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Practice Manager based in Melville, NY. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure efficient workflow, and support the overall business growth of the firm. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, implementing operational processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry policies and standards.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operational planning, workflow optimization, and administrative management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in financial or accounting operations is preferred
