Job Title: Marketing / Office Assistant — Pub Station (Part‑Time)
Location: On-site (Pub Station office)
Reports to: Marketing Director
Schedule: Part‑time flexible hours totaling ~24–30 hours/week. In person 3 days per week.
Job Summary:
Assist the Marketing Director by creating content and graphics, posting on social channels, and handling administrative tasks to promote shows and maintain club communications. The role is on-site and ideal for someone detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms (copy, captions, basic graphics).
- Design promotional graphics, event flyers, and story assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Maintain social media and event calendars and manage promotion timelines.
- Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, vendor communication, and tracking marketing materials/performance.
Required Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to multitask across projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic/content creation.
Preferred:
- Love of live music.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic photo/video editing.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
