Job Summary: The sales & marketing assistant will support all marketing efforts and coordinate conference participation. Successful coordinators will be highly creative, detail oriented and able to work independently. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the senior manager of sales & marketing.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the sales team’s participation in conferences and marketing events.
- Assist in marketing efforts from idea generation, to execution, and follow up analysis.
- Assist with graphic design and video campaigns. Create and publish blogs and create CTAs and forms.
- Provide support to the sales team including Lead/HubSpot requests, follow up emails, research prospects and assist with demo requests.
- Assist with the successful execution of the annual users group conference and other marketing events and promotions.
- This position has no supervisory duties.

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute.
- Experience with conference, tradeshow, and/or exhibition coordination is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation is a plus.
- Experience and/or proficiency with current aspects of marketing and trends in digital marketing is required. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages as well as SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management and marketing automation, as well as Microsoft and Adobe products.
Travel/Working Conditions This job will be performed in our Billings, Montana office location.
