Travel: 25% (Locally-based)
Pay: $180,000 - $210,000

About the Opportunity
A nationally recognized engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale electric utility infrastructure projects for one of the nation's largest investor-owned utilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead EPC/Design-Build utility projects from project kickoff through closeout
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, and project controls teams
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and contract administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact with utility customers
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field construction activities
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all phases
- Perform constructability reviews and value engineering
- Lead change management, risk mitigation, and commercial negotiations
- Review RFIs, submittals, invoices, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Deliver monthly executive reporting on project performance, cost, schedule, and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of Project Management experience within the electric utility industry
- Strong EPC or Design-Build project delivery experience
- Transmission and Substation project experience required
- Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Strong understanding of contract administration and project financial management
- Experience managing large utility clients
- Primavera P6 experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
