What You'll Do
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the planning, design, and coordination of HVAC and mechanical building systems from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system design for commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, science & technology, industrial, aviation, and mission-critical facilities.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations, equipment sizing, energy analysis, and system evaluations.
- Develop construction documents, specifications, reports, and engineering studies.
- Design air distribution systems, hydronic systems, central utility plants, chilled water systems, heating water systems, and specialty mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, architectural, and civil disciplines.
- Serve as Engineer of Record on projects when applicable.
- Conduct quality reviews of engineering deliverables and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Interface directly with owners, architects, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
