PTS Advance is looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Advisor to join our thriving Tustin office. In this key role, you’ll spearhead account development, drive new business growth in our expanding construction division, along with recruiting for open vacancies.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients. • Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings. • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis. • Negotiate wage rate and compensation package. Coordinate start of on-boarding process upon acceptance of job offers. • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and conduct requisition qualification calls. Determine proper recruitment priority based on variables associated and consult with client regarding any gaps within each opportunity. • Lead and mentor a small team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure team success in achieving individual and organizational goals. • Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers to ensure we are capitalizing on staffing opportunities, maintaining expected service level quality, and executing relationship building strategies (client lunches, dinners, entertainment, etc.) • Manage relationships with current and prospective contractors • Identify opportunities to offer broad based solutions (Prime Vendor, RPO, Managed Service, Payrolling, Staff Augmentation Initiatives, Projects Staffing), and raise to leadership for discussion
Desired Skills and Experience: • 2 years’ recruitment or sales experience in Energy & Infrastructure and/or Engineering (Agency experience preferred) • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships • Detail Oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • People management experience • Market knowledge – industry and talent pool – preferable • Sense of Urgency, and ability to keep calm under pressure and solve customer problems • Strong communication skills, written & verbal, with evidence of managing negotiations and dispute resolution.
