We are seeking a Training Manager to establish and lead a comprehensive training program at our manufacturing facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This newly created role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving site-wide training initiatives that ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibiliti
- esDevelop, implement, and manage a comprehensive site training program for manufacturing operation
- s.Coordinate and oversee onboarding and training for all new employees and contractor
- s.Plan and deliver instructor-led training sessions to maintain regulatory compliance, improve safety, and enhance workforce capabilitie
- s.Organize and manage both plant-wide and department-specific training program
- s.Create and execute long-term training and employee development strategie
- s.Maintain the site's training records and document management syste
- m.Promote a strong safety culture by supporting behavioral-based safety initiatives and continuous improvement effort

Qualificati
- onsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or another technical discipline is preferr
- ed.10 years of professional experience, includi

- nt.At least 3 years (5 preferred) leading or coordinating employee training progra
- ms.Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, control systems, and manufacturing process
- es.Demonstrated ability to build and implement training programs from the ground
- up.Familiarity with process documentation, including P&IDs, PFDs, SOPs, and related operational procedur

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
