Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients as needed.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
  

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.

Pay Range: $41.61/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
