wWe are seeking a Financial / Platform Support Engineer to support the Portal IQ ecosystem, ensuring stability, reliability, and operational excellence across AWS and on-prem environments. This role blends software engineering, production support, and infrastructure operations, with responsibility for release coordination, environment maintenance, and production troubleshooting
.The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and production support, with the ability to work across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams in a regulated enterprise environment
