Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Generative AI solutions from functional, technical, and risk perspectives.
- Develop and implement Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Design, code, test, and deploy modular and scalable AI architectures in collaboration with architects.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of AI solutions by following coding best practices and performing thorough testing and validation.
- Lead and mentor less experienced programmers on complex projects.
- Stay current with industry advancements and continuously seek opportunities to improve AI capabilities within the organization.
- Build effective working relationships, make sound decisions, and achieve results as a trusted advisor.
- 7 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
- 3 years of experience in Generative AI or AI/ML application development.
- 2 years of experience in DevOps deploying cloud-hosted solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, Angular, Python, and SQL development.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in developing Generative AI applications, including RAG architecture and model fine-tuning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Technical expertise in application systems analysis and programming, with the ability to create detailed design documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
