Job Overview:
The Scheduler II will serve as the central point of contact for all incoming customer communications, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of services. This role requires strong customer service skills and scheduling experience. The position is hybrid, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. Candidates must be local to Allentown, PA, or Lancaster, PA. Interviews will be conducted in person.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails.
- Address customer questions and concerns directly or delegate to the appropriate individual or group if necessary.
- Log customer calls and provide weekly reports.
- Assist schedulers with proactive customer contacts throughout the job scheduling process.
- Provide clear guidance to customers on pre-job requirements, such as inspection due dates, physical work completion, and setting up new meter accounts.
- Schedule customer appointments and issue reminders or confirmations.
- Maintain a log of all communications and report weekly.
- Assist in creating work packets and processing bundled job cards.
- Remove job holds once verified.
- Create IVR appointments and assist in work order closeouts.
- Schedule temporary disconnects as needed.
- Investigate property damage claims and schedule work if liability is determined.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in scheduling or related roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logging and reporting customer interactions.
- Local residency in Allentown, PA, or Lancaster, PA.

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr. W2
