Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve software performance.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr. on a W2 Basis.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
