Project Manager – Fiber Network Construction & Deployment

$120K–$130K Base 9% Bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Network to lead large-scale Fiber Optic / Broadband Network Construction and Fiber Build Deployment projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery across planning, permitting, construction, deployment, market launch readiness, and operational handoff while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Telecom/Fiber Construction experience with expertise managing OSP/FTTH fiber deployments, cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and executive-level reporting in fast-paced deployment environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Fiber Network Construction and Deployment projects across planning, build, and launch readiness phases.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Coordinate permitting, ROW, utility locates, construction sequencing, splice/testing, as-builts, and closeout activities.
- Drive alignment across construction, engineering, operations, I&M teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct recurring project reviews, operational meetings, and executive leadership updates.
- Monitor field progress, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions to maintain market build plans.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, KPI reports, and operational performance updates using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Project/Program Management experience within Telecom, Fiber Optic, Broadband, or Network Infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Fiber Optic Build Deployments and OSP/FTTH construction projects.
- Strong experience managing vendors, contractors, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred.
- Ability to support in-market field execution and operational coordination.
Preferred Experience

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
