Job Description:
We are looking for a talented UX Product Designer to join our leading insurance client’s Consumer Digital Sales team. This role is key to optimizing our digital sales experience, focusing on delivering user-centered design solutions for our customer-facing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for consumer-facing sales experiences and be comfortable working in an agile environment.
As part of a mature UX team, you will work closely with business, engineering, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that improve the customer journey. You will help optimize sales experiences by designing interfaces that provide quick access to insurance quotes and build customer confidence throughout the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging digital sales experiences that enhance customer purchase confidence.
- Work in agile sprints, participating in daily ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, etc.) and collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, content designers, and researchers.
- Translate business goals and user needs into high-quality designs that drive user engagement.
- Collaborate with the UX team to iterate on design concepts, conduct user testing, and implement feedback.
- Work across multiple product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across digital sales experiences.
- Participate in immersive user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience.
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of experience in agile UX design with a focus on customer-facing digital products.
- Experience in designing sales experiences—insurance, financial services, or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Figma expertise is required, with experience using advanced features like auto-layout and components.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to understand and address complex user interaction challenges.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing your design work. Please include a link to your portfolio at the top of your resume.
