Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant - III to join the Centralized Leasing Team (CLT). This role involves supporting real estate leasing and related transactions for the Network Engineering and Operations team. The CLT is responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts for the deployment and operation of network infrastructure across the country. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the CLT's work.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and prepare time-sensitive and accurate legal documents under general supervision.
- Manage and respond to email and other communications in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing and updating the team's internal website that stores all documents, templates, and processes utilized by the team.
- Understand basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and practices.
- Understand basic real estate concepts, terminology, principles, and practices.
- Bachelor's degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or six or more years of relevant work experience, including in legal support, contract management, or real estate transactions.
- Strong proficiency in personal computer and company systems, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to adapt to other applications and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize under time pressure.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a sense of team unity.
- Flexibility to learn new skills.
- Experience drafting simple emails and routine contracts.
- Excellent understanding of real estate principles, terms, and conditions.
- Insight to identify people, process, or systems gaps and recommend process and reporting improvements.
- Sense of urgency and commitment to superior customer service for internal clients.

Pay Range: $20hr - $22hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
