Job Description
Commercial Loan Servicing covers activities related to servicing commercial loan transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may include customer/client modifications, account maintenance, rebookings, and purchased receivables management to ensure accuracy throughout the life of the transaction.
Desired Qualifications
- Loan IQ experience (strong plus)
- BS/BA degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range: $30 - $32
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
