Role Overview:
In this role, candidates will help Client employees find, trust, and reuse critical business knowledge by improving the structure, quality, governance, and searchability of AKARI, Client’s Knowledge Management Platform, My Toolbox, Client’s Intranet, and related SharePoint-based knowledge sources
.
Qualifications/ What candidates bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3 to 5 skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, UX Design, Organizational Development, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent experience OR 5 years with Knowledge Management experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in knowledge management (any tool), content strategy, intranet management, digital workplace operations, or a related specialist/practitioner role.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle settings.
- Experience with content lifecycle management, governance, audits, review cycles, ownership models, version control, archival, and retirement practices.
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, search fundamentals, information architecture, and content findability.
- Strong communication and Proactiveness, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and customer support skills.
- They will be training other people as well (once a month).
Added bonus if candidates have (Preferred):
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Search, or search analytics.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, UX practices, content design methods, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in an enterprise intranet, digital workplace, or large corporate environment with distributed content ownership.
