Job Overview:

The iOS Software Engineer III will be part of the Client's Machine Translation team, which is responsible for developing translation technologies that power the Translate app and related features. This role focuses on implementing new UI features, fixing UI bugs, and adding tests to ensure a high-quality product. The team is dedicated to breaking down language barriers and delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new UI features for iOS applications.
• Identify and fix UI bugs to enhance user experience.
• Write and maintain tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the vision of breaking down language barriers.
  

• Strong Swift development experience on iOS.
• Intermediate knowledge of UIKit and SwiftUI on iOS.
• Ability to understand and modify Objective-C code (preferred).
• Experience with AppKit/macOS development (preferred).
• Knowledge of Accessibility and UI automation testing (preferred).
• Broad knowledge of iOS frameworks and ability to quickly adopt new frameworks.
• Ideally, 6 years of experience in iOS development.

Pay Range: $65-$73 on a W2 Basis

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
