Job Overview:
The Design Analyst will support the development of strategies to ensure the long-term viability and profitability of the design and project management work group. This role involves enhancing process improvement practices, managing cross-functional initiatives, and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to handle high-stress situations, and proficiency in various software tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to improve processes and ensure the efficiency of programs and workflows.
- Manage assigned projects, including handling simultaneous demands for data and analysis.
- Investigate and complete MobileTC/WaAM tickets and direct communications to appropriate designers.
- Communicate with operations on rejected orders and clarify as needed.
- Send and review customer load sheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Set up projects in Oracle Maximo and assign load sheets to Project Managers based on workload and area.
- Create job packets for Project Managers, including sketches of work areas in Oracle Maximo.
- Track load sheet assignments, project statuses, and provide workload data to supervisors upon request.
- Handle service orders, MobileTC tickets, office walk-ins, emails, phone calls, and WaAM tools.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Performance Management or Data Analysis role utilizing process improvement methodologies.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Strong team-building and organizational skills.
- Lean Six Sigma training (preferred).
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear concepts through verbal and written communication.
- Beginner to intermediate skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn internal client computer programs for work scheduling, reporting, and dispatching.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
