Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DDC Controls Service Technician to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. This role focuses on building automation and controls, providing support to service agreement customers and installed-project clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with DDC controls, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is a local service role with minimal travel, offering stability and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and service controls for VAVs, air handlers, pumps, and related systems.
• Support service agreement customers and installed-project clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for service agreement and project up-sells.
  

• Prior DDC controls experience (any platform).
• Niagara N4 experience is a strong plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $75,000 USD
