- CoStar Real Estate Developer
- Client is seeking a CoStar Real Estate Developer with strong configuration and integration experience who can deliver high-value capabilities in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Candidates will configure, extend, and integrate the CoStar platform and related real estate data workflows translating business requirements into system settings for Lease Administration, Accounting (AP/GL integration, ASC 842 / IFRS 16), Transaction Management and Strategic Planning.
- Candidates will collaborate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), participate in PI Planning, and partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to turn data into actionable outcomes.
- Every Quarter for PI Planning, everyone must be in downtown Dallas in person.
