Job description:
- 8-10 years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of the legal domain, especially within Legal Tech platforms.
- 4-5 years of experience in eBilling and Matter management.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
- Previous experience in writing documentation and procedural materials for various audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to enhance user experience, including design, user interface (UI) improvement, and refining content while creating visuals and diagrams for technical support material.
Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as 401K contributions.
