What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2nd shift position at PTI?
Job Purpose
Performing maintenance on the building and equipment as needed that involves preventive maintenance as well as diagnosing and repairing equipment.
- Duties:
- Monitor all machines and equipment to ensure the requirements are being met in accordance to established guidelines.
- Repair equipment as required for optimal performances.
- Record daily machine check sheets and report adverse trends or concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain clean housekeeping guidelines while repairs are being completed
- Initiate and recommend solutions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities or unsafe conditions.
- Skills and Experience:
- Five Years of Manufacturing Maintenance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with operating forklift and crane equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven Safety Record
